Ticketmaster buyers may go to My Account, then My Tickets; click See Details on the ALADDIN performance; choose Contact Us and then Email Us, and then follow the prompts from there.
Those who purchased in-person at the box office may call (212) 282-2900; the box office can ONLY assist with tickets purchased in-person at the New Amsterdam Theatre.
If you miss your performance and/or are not able to complete a refund or exchange by the performance time, contact us to inquire about the possibility of “past dating” your tickets into a future performance.
